Conditions

-No events allowed.

-Time of entry at 4:00 p.m. / departure time at 11:00 a.m.

-Cleaning service, provided if it is more than seven days, the price will include a general cleaning service on the middle day (ex: 8-day reservation, on the fourth day cleaning), as long as it does not exceed seven days the cleaning servicewill not be included unless the customer previously requests it at the time of booking and will count as extra cleaning, for the value of € 15 per hour, like any other extra cleaning that you want.

-Pets will be consulted at the time of booking, depending on the animal.


-When entering the house you will receive two complete sets of keys including the one for the alarm. In case of loss or damage you will have to be pay € 200 for each one that is  damaged or lost.

-For the confirmation of the reservation the client must transfer 30% of the total value of the reservation within 5 days of being requested in order to confirm the reservation.

-The remaining 70% will be transferred one month before the entrance to the house and thus the total payment of the reservation will have been completed.

-With the second payment, 1500€ will be paid as a deposit that will be returned between 3 and 5 days after the client leaves the villa, if there are no damage or another additional expenses detected.

-For cancellations, if it is 30 days or less before the entrance they will have to pay 100% of the value of the reservation, if it is between 60 and 31 days they will have to pay 50% of the value of the reservation.
